Timothy Nyberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Nyberg completed his undergraduate training in Brain & Cognitive Sciences at the University of Rochester, and obtained his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He completed internships in neuropsychological and general diagnostic testing in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and his doctoral research focused on children with learning disabilities. He also worked on behalf of Parkland Hospital's Chronic Pain Management Program, as well as the Mood Disorders Research Clinic at Southwestern Medical Center. After conducting forensic and cognitive evaluations at the North Texas State Hospital in Vernon, Dr. Nyberg gradually entered into private practice, opening New Leaf Behavioral Health in July, 2011.
