Mehle Armstrong, LPC
Mehle Armstrong completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2008 and is currently working on her second Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology that will be completed this year. She obtained her license in Counseling in 2013. Ms. Armstrong has worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, and in group homes helping individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD), and has provided treatment for Autism and others falling along the spectrum of Autistic-like behaviors. She implements Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) as applicable. She has also worked on the Military Heroes Unit at Red River Hospital practicing PTSD treatment. Her primary interests include relaxation therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety, substance abuse treatment, self-esteem issues, and positive psychology. Ms. Armstrong loves playing the guitar, collecting movies, and spending time with family and her chihuahua, Tanner.
