Deana D. Diekhoff, Ph.D.
Deana D. Diekhoff completed her undergraduate and master’s level training in clinical/counseling psychology at the Midwestern State University. She recently completed her one-year residency internship at the University of Oklahoma and obtained her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the Texas Woman University. Ms. Diekhoff is licensed in Texas as a Psychological Associate and is experienced in working with adults, couples, and families. She has counseled in an in-patient addiction and eating disorders setting, providing both therapeutic and assessment services. Ms. Diekhoff has also worked in several university counseling centers as well as in private practice settings in the Wichita Falls community. She has experience working with PTSD, substance use, disordered eating, grief, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and autism spectrum, primarily in adults. Her primary interests include: cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and family therapy.
